but not the resort world yet as we reckon, its no suitable for megan and joelle herself yet… we booked a nite stay at the sentosa resort which is quite a great place to be… overall was a great experience, leaving us to think twice whether to bring megan with us on our hongkong trip… anyway, enjoy the pictures that follow, and here’s megan getting ready for sentosa…
alrighty, we’re finally at sentosa… the ‘express’ train ride is not at all express lor… and its so full of tourists, and mainly non-europeans, loud-speaking, rude-and-scare-cannot-board-the-train tourists… no wonder they need their govt to teach them how to queue for buses when they’re hosting the olympics… (and obviously, they don’t learn it)… even bangla workers who were there to spend their holidays are all so courteous to let megan’s pram to board first…
aiya, dun say other country lah, singaporeans ain’t better… those youngsters, boarding the same buses/rails were talking so loudly and vulgarly… you know who you are, and if i were to be specific, those with beach-volleyballs…
anyway, dun spoilt the mood, megan’s all too happy to spoilt anything…
first stop, the underwater world…
megan got so frightened by the ferocious attacking gigantic fish, that she tried moving away until she got no where to run…
she cried… all this while, her heartless father trying to picture all the moments while her heartless mother laughing… :P
once we checked in the resort… megan found the bath tube and had a dip… a super looong dip and refused to get out of it…
and when she did got out of it…
and she sleeps and sleeps and we missed our show and hence, ordered in room dinning… one of the item in the menu was a $20+ wantan mee! gosh, suddenly my $38 cod and chips seems so worth it…
and so… the loks sleeps thru the nite in the cosy room… waking up the next morning, totally refreshed…
oh ya, peacocks were free to roam around the resort… after her monster fish scare, megan’s gotten timid and wouldn’t want to get anywhere near the peacocks for a photo shoot…
so we just camwhore around the luxurious resort…
and headed to the beach after that… great sunny day for a great hangout at the beach…
after that, we headed back to the resort and getting ready to check out…
and one last look at the cozy toilet…
