and speaking of...

....the spa we had ytd, it was superb... it started with a nice foot wash in warm water (heated by hot pebbles), with a mixture of wild ginger and mustard seed... then a full body scrub with watercress milk, which i completely dozed off... we were then ushered to have a shower, followed by a warm clay massage, which i dozed off again... and then, another round of showering and followed by a dip at the jacuzzi... its simply amazing how relaxing we can be if we want to pamper ourselves...

 

...pampering ourselves, how i hate it when i know i have to get my ass back to work... and with reference with ass, there is pile of sh*t waiting for me at my desk... i just need some toilet rolls, real big ones...

 

...megan, our little angel's legs are getting stronger... she can stand! ok, i'm exaggerating a little now... she is able to stand with her hands on our sofa... ok ok, i'm still exaggerating, she is able to stand with her hands on our sofa while leaning on it... ok ok, i be trueful now, only for a few seconds... but that got to count for something right?

we're talking a day off to give ourselves a spa treat at the spa botanica, the 5 elements cleanse and purify ritual... really enjoyed ourselves and now, i was so sleepy and tired after the spa and i'm going to show more and talk less... enjoy the picts...

and a little sinful food that joelle craved for the past few days...

what keeps me going on...

ghee... dun even realised sunday just 偷偷的溜走了... thank god today is a holiday... :P

ytd was really a laze at home day... joelle is down with headache, so all of us kinda ground ourselves at home, doing mainly... nothing...

but we still got to eat, so off we went out for indian rojak, that joelle suddenly craved for... and megan and mabel are at it again... admiring each other's cuteness... 真受不了她们两~~~

poor megan haven't poo for 2 days, and she seems pretty pek chek and crunky, so we decided to 'help' her out a little... by starting a little toilet training...

which of course, didn't work... maybe she enjoy this instead...

but nope... she still moody cuz of the sh*t piling up inside... eventually, definitely and finally... after some 'encouragement' by us, 一条又一条出来了!... poor megan, force until face red red... but of course, when everything's cleared... she is back to herself again...

and its time for me to do area cleaning too... very very hard work indeed... vacuum and mop the floor, clean the fans, dismantle megan's pram to sun the cushions... and i so dead tired now... but, while vacuuming the floor, megan got curious and came to peek at her daddy...

 

this is the thing that kept me going on and on and on...

a day out at...

today, we decided not to laze at home and to have a family outing... and so we jio jace (joelle's sis) and also to bring along the kids... megan's happy that she is going out today...

and its a hot hot afternoon... despite the gloomy morning sky, the rain did not come, and in fact, it ended up a hot sunny day...

as usual, megan enjoying the taxi ride...

time to reveal where we are heading today... the botanic garden...

like i said, its a hot hot day... and there're lotsa people at the park...

and along the way, we took lotsa photo...

 

then we came across this really really tall tree... and valeria look so tiny in this shot...

and not to mention, lotsa flowers... and i dun even know their names at all... flower lor... :P

and some... really funny yet familiar plants... keke...

ah ha... how can we miss this one? its the famous bandstand, erected as early as 1860s, and now, a very popular spot for outdoor bridal shoot... in fact, there's a wedding and some bridal shooting going on today...

 

megan was 'borrowed' in this shot... here's jace and son, daryl...

 

and here's the swiss ball fountain... the granite ball weighs 700kg and strong water pressure is used to keep it spinning.., and the spinning represents striving for excellence... hope valerie and daryl strike for excellence in their studies too... oh ya, where's nicky wor? poor him, down with flu and was grounded at home...

and the swan lake... by the name of it, we can assume seeing lotsa swans eh? i can only find 2 swans, and later only to find out that these two swans are from amsterdam and they are mute... anyway, the swans seems shy and hide at a small island in the center of the pond, so i just capture this... oh ya, i remembered being here when i was really really small... and my little bro fall into this lake and was rescued by my dad, as back then, wilson was even smaller and the pond seems so deep... we really got a fright...

the pond is actually full of turtles and fishes swimming around...

valerie and daryl then 'steal' some of megan's bread and started feeding the turtles and fishes... ghee, the pond still looking very deep wor...

and another popular bridal shot spot... the waterfall where you can walked behind it...

and so i walked behind the waterfall and hey, can see megan and joelle outside the waterfall?

 

we didn't go into the orchid garden as it isn't free... and the drinks, ice-cream and finger foods are so darn expensive at the park... no wonder everyone's bring their own food and picnic on the spot...

a few hours of walking, and the day's coming to an end... feeling so tired but feeling great to hang out a day, outdoor with the kids... going to KO soon... :P
